We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.

About the project:

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support service to Danish-speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will handle a variety of tasks, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support.

What you will be doing:

• Management of incoming calls and email
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements:

• Fluent Danish language (C1) - (written and spoken) is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language - B2
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask

What We Offer:

• Full time contract with a Bulgarian employer

• Basic salary of 3200 BGN gross per month = 1635 Euro gross per month
