Online Platform Support with German, located in Burgas, to join their team.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide help with and answering questions via phone, email and chat;
- Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving;
- Providing general help with website navigation, order tracking, payment, account settings and technical issues.
