Online Platform Support with German, located in Burgas, to join their team.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide help with and answering questions via phone, email and chat;
• Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving;
• Providing general help with website navigation, order tracking, payment, account settings and technical issues.

This would be the right role for you if you have:

• Excellent verbal and written German (B2 Level);
• Previous experience in customer assistant roles will be an advantage, but not necessary;
• Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
