for the IT Services team with immediate effect on a part-time or full-time basis.

Your tasks:

  • You are the contact person for the broad range of all IT issues in the company and also contribute your expertise to cross-departmental working groups.
  • You will provide technical support for the IT infrastructure spread across three locations, maintain virtual servers, manage authorizations and pass on your knowledge in short training videos and in person.
  • As part of the team, you will look after the hardware and software of employees' smartphones and notebooks.
  • You will initiate and support your own IT projects from concept to implementation, such as a digital training portal, setting up hybrid event rooms and web streaming services.

What you bring to the table:

  • You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification.
  • You feel at home in the Microsoft system administration and Office environment; network knowledge and experience with Unix/Linux, VMware, Swyx VoIP systems and HCL Domino are an advantage.
  • You solve problems independently and with foresight, work in a structured manner and always keep abreast of technical developments in an innovative environment.
  • You are a team player (m/f/d) and know how to communicate your concerns successfully and in a customer-oriented manner, even to people from outside the field.
  • A sense of responsibility, commitment and discretion are a matter of course for you.
