We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.
Project:
You will be supporting customers of a multinational software company. It is best known for its creativity and multimedia software products. Its software products are widely used by professionals, businesses, and individuals globally, playing a significant role in digital creativity, communication, and productivity across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage business clients' technical requests using a ticketing system.
- Investigate and analyze device performance problems.
- Determine the urgency of each case based on the client's needs.
- Offer appropriate solutions following established procedures.
- Prioritize meeting customer expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Work with other team members to deliver high-quality support.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English (at least B2)
- You live in Sofia, Bulgaria or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly, and effectively
- Ability to explain complex information in a simplified way

Relocation package:
- Free stay for 2 weeks in a hotel
- Reimbursement of travel expenses at the amount of up to 490 BGN after 6 months from your start date in the company
- The candidate can receive an advance in salary of up to 1056 BGN net (to pay for the rent)
