Münchner Stadtentwässerung is the largest municipal sewage company in Germany. What you can expect

As a business analyst in departmental support, you will be the central point of contact for your department for all new requirements that are not already covered by standard services. You act as a bridge between the department and the central IT service provider. In close cooperation with all parties involved, you prioritize the requirements, create technical concepts, discuss possible solutions and accompany the implementation in a new / existing IT service. Ongoing advice and support for your specialist department with regard to IT, as well as the independent implementation of customer jour fixes, round off the job description.

You have

• a university degree in computer science, administrative informatics, business informatics or a comparable qualification or
• a university degree with several years (at least two years) of professional experience in the IT sector
• German language skills corresponding to language level B2 or higher according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

In particular, you will have

• Experience in ITIL, requirements and business process management, especially in modeling processes (basic knowledge)
• Communication skills, in particular comprehensible presentation of complex interrelationships (verbal and written, pronounced)
• Service and customer orientation (pronounced)

Of advantage are

• Knowledge of various problem-solving techniques (moderation, visualization, brainstorming, etc.)
• Knowledge of test management methods
• Basic knowledge of public procurement law, data protection and IT security
