We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.

Project:

You will be supporting customers of Kaizen Gaming, a gaming and sports betting company based in Greece. It operates popular brands, providing online sports betting, casino games, and virtual sports to customers in several countries. The company focuses on delivering innovative and responsible gaming experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Regularly communicating with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Identifying At-Risk Customers: Monitoring behavior and feedback to detect signs of disengagement and prioritize retention efforts.
• Developing Retention Strategies:To keep customers engaged.
• Resolving Customer Issues: Proactively addressing complaints and providing solutions to prevent customers from leaving.
• Analyzing Data: Investigating reasons for customer churn and implementing strategies to reduce it.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (must be at least C1)
• Communicative level of English (at least B2)
• 6-12 months of customer service/sales experience required.
• You live in Sofia, Bulgaria or you are ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Interest in Sports

Relocation package:

• Free stay for 2 weeks in a hotel
• Reimbursement of travel expenses at the amount of up to 490 BGN after 6 months from your start date in the company
• The candidate can receive an advance in salary of up to 1056 BGN net (to pay for the rent)
