Your tasks

• Our IT provider management is in the best hands with you: You know what is important when it comes to ensuring the provision of services by external service providers, are familiar with the regulatory requirements for IT in the banking environment (EBA, BAIT, etc.) and provide management with regular reports.
• In terms of service level management (including penalization) and contract change management, you ensure that coordination with the service managers and the legal department runs smoothly.
• You also play an active role in corporate security by taking care of IT service continuity and IT security management.
• You are happy to take on the associated responsibility and reliably ensure that governance, risk and compliance management function flawlessly.
• In day-to-day business, you will familiarize yourself with the contractually agreed provider services and manage them with confidence.
• And that's not all: you also have performance management including key figures (SLAs, OLAs, KPIs) on your radar, conduct regular service review meetings, monitor the provider-related budget and ensure that services and processes run smoothly.

Your profile

• Degree in (business) informatics, economics with IT experience or a comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in IT service management, contract and SLA management of external service providers and in the field of regulatory requirements for outsourcing in the banking environment (MaRisk, KWG § 25a etc.)
• Practice in (agile) project management, experience in managing projects and in dealing with common standards and best practices in the governance environment (e.g. Scrum, ITIL)
• Enthusiastic technology communicator with a proactive approach and self-confident demeanor
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
