The following tasks await you:

As part of a motivated team, you will be responsible for 1st, 2nd and, after training, 3rd level support in the area of client, network and peripheral devices and will be responsible for the installation and configuration of hardware and software and will look after our comprehensive IT in production, the laboratory and the office area at all locations.
You will also be involved in the execution of exciting IT projects to further develop the IT landscape (Windows environment). This includes implementing, validating and qualifying the server and network infrastructure through to final acceptance.

Experience and qualifications you should have:

You have completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent degree and have professional experience in a similar role. Your customer and solution-oriented way of working is rounded off by level-appropriate communication skills in German and English. You also benefit from good planning and organizational skills. As a flexible, resilient and persistent personality who enjoys the challenges of a modern IT infrastructure, you will be able to contribute profitably to the team and be willing to work at our other locations in the Basel region.
