We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.
Project:
You will be supporting customers of a global technology company. It also develops hardware such as the gaming consoles and other devices. Additionally, it offers various services and plays a significant role in enterprise solutions and cloud computing.
Responsibilities:
- Managing technical inquiries from business clients through outbound calls, ticketing systems, and remote sessions.
- Evaluating and addressing service performance challenges.
- Prioritizing cases based on client requirements.
- Delivering appropriate solutions following standard procedures.
- Prioritizing customer expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Working closely with team members to deliver exceptional support.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech (must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English (at least B2)
- You live in Sofia, Bulgaria or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to explain complex information in a simplified way

Relocation package:
- Free stay for 2 weeks in a hotel
- Reimbursement of travel expenses at the amount of up to 490 BGN after 6 months from your start date in the company
- The candidate can receive an advance in salary of up to 1056 BGN net (to pay for the rent)
