We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer

You will be support Dutch-speaking customers of a multinational travel service conglomerate with 45,000 employees. It is one of the world's largest online travel agencies with over 400 million users worldwide, and also the parent of Skyscanner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer care to business travelers on worldwide trips.
• Assist with booking and managing flights, hotels, and train travel.
• Offer solutions and support for travel-related issues before and during business trips.
• Ensure travelers have a smooth travel experience.
• Address and resolve any travel disruptions promptly and efficiently.
• Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (must be at least C1)
• Communicative level of English (at least B2)
• You live in Bulgaria or you are ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage

Relocation package:

• Free stay for 2 weeks in a hotel
• Reimbursement of travel expenses at the amount of up to 490 BGN after 6 months from your start date in the company
• The candidate can receive an advance in salary of up to 1056 BGN net (to pay for the rent)
