Marketing Manager
Scope of the role
The Marketing Manager will play a central role in the management of the marketing team and activities. The future incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and supervising a variety of marketing processes such as brand communication and management digital marketing event management and project communication design and advertising production. To do so the Marketing Manager will have to count on key managerial and analytical competencies among which are marketing budget management business activities monitoring and performance measurement trends analysis stakeholder and vendor management training and support of marketing staff.
Responsibilities
- Together with key stakeholders and internal clients defining marketing objectives and priorities and drawing up action plans to achieve them
- Working closely with internal and external teams to coordinate marketing objectives and activities
- Planning and executing the content marketing plan supporting brand and communication objectives
- Coordinating the process of content creation for websites social media online platforms and internal audience involving copywriting image and video processing for articles posts infographics presentations etc.
- Managing the maintenance and SEO of portfolio of websites as well as social media accounts and other digital assets and online tools that support the online presence of company s brands
- Overseeing the planning execution and monitoring of online advertising campaigns (Google Ads Facebook LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Responsible for the monitoring collection analysis and reporting of KPI of digital assets and campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting activities of key industry stakeholders: competitors key potential accounts utilization companies recycling projects associations NGOs communities
- Managing the workflow within the marketing team supporting and developing team members
- In coordination with other departments implementing internal communication campaigns supporting business development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in digital marketing and at least 2 years in team management
- Welldeveloped arsenal of digital marketing skills with focus on content creation/marketing
- Very good grasp and notable experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Easy going selfdriven team player with great communicational skills
- Likes to take Initiative and does not shy away from responsibility and deadlines
- Has the strategic and creative thinking that translates into welllaidout action plans
- Interests in fashion sustainability or circular economy is considered a plus
- Proficiency in English and Bulgarian is a must
