Back Оffice Specialist with French
Main Responsibilities:
- Follow up and manage order-related requests and provide information to corporate clients via email mainly;
- Resolving and investigating various cases regarding purchase orders, deliveries, invoices and payments and communicating the outcome to the corporate clients via email;
- Update order specifications, submit orders, and track requests through the systems;
- Working with specialized software.

- Excellent level of French (C1 Level);
- Working level of English (B2 Level);
- Excellent communication skills a reliable individual with a positive attitude;
- Experience with SAP (including invoicing, contracts, and workflows);
- Very good MS Office skills;
