Back Оffice Specialist with French

Main Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and manage order-related requests and provide information to corporate clients via email mainly;
  • Resolving and investigating various cases regarding purchase orders, deliveries, invoices and payments and communicating the outcome to the corporate clients via email;
  • Update order specifications, submit orders, and track requests through the systems;
  • Working with specialized software.

Job requirements:

  • Excellent level of French (C1 Level);
  • Working level of English (B2 Level);
  • Excellent communication skills a reliable individual with a positive attitude;
  • Experience with SAP (including invoicing, contracts, and workflows);
  • Very good MS Office skills;
