To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated

System Administrator / IT Administrator (m/f/d) First Level Support

at our location in Pforzheim.

Type of employment: The position is a 100% permanent position on a per diem basis
Starting date: By arrangement

Your tasks:

• First point of contact in IT support
• Installations and configurations
• System administration and documentation
• Participation in global IT projects
• Security and monitoring tasks
• Training and support for employees
• Technical expertise and product evaluation
• Exciting, varied IT projects in an international context

Your qualification:

• Education and experience:
  • Successfully completed studies in IT, mathematics, vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification or several years of professional experience
  • Practical experience in the installation, configuration, administration and operation of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Technical competence:
  • Sound knowledge of network technology and handling servers and cloud infrastructures
  • Experience in one of the areas: IT security, system integration, monitoring or installation work
  • You work with, among others: VMware, Microsoft365 and HP-Aruba
• Personal characteristics:
  • High service and customer orientation
  • Sense of responsibility and motivation
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy working with a wide range of products
  • Affinity for IT and enthusiasm for new technologies
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
