We are a young company that will produce components for pioneering insulin pumps. We want to enter the global market and establish a modern production site in Schwerin. In order to implement our corporate strategy, we are looking for a technically experienced and personally convincing leader. • As a team leader, you will be responsible for all IT topics within the company. You will manage all IT activities and ensure secure, stable and cost-efficient IT operations.
• Ideally, your industry knowledge will be in the area of a highly automated, manufacturing company, e.g. in the medical technology, pharmaceutical or IVD industry.
• In your position, you will be responsible for the selection, implementation, maintenance and documentation of the necessary infrastructure and application landscape to ensure production.
• To this end, you will build up a small IT team of internal and external employees to support you in the respective subject areas.
• In addition to the management of hardware, software and data systems, you will also be responsible for IT compliance, IT security, interface management (ERP, MES, DCS and production machines), the organization of efficient error analyses and troubleshooting as well as user training/consulting. You will also be responsible for the technical inventory and the organization of first and second level support.
• You will be responsible for the IT stream and support the introduction of an ERP system.
• Last but not least, you manage and coordinate the supporting service providers.

Profile

• Education: Degree in business informatics/technical informatics/computer science or comparable several years of professional experience in a technical management position in the IT sector
• Experience: in the development and implementation of long-term IT strategies, several years of IT project experience and experience in a leading IT position, ideally in a production/industrial environment
• Know-how: Understanding of the specific requirements and regulations in the medical technology, pharmaceutical or IVD industries. Alternatively, the willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge of regulations in these areas in a short period of time
• Enthusiasm: You are passionate about helping us to shape the site in every respect, contribute your ideas and are in constant communication with the departments.
• Personality and way of working: Strong in concept for optimal solutions in the overall context, independent responsible, structured and solution-oriented way of working, strong communicator, team player, pioneering spirit
