We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

About the project:

You will be providing services for Turkish-speaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company.

Your tasks:

• Clarifying any product information;
• Answering questions and requests by chat and phone;
• Helping in subjects such as: Payment, Refunds, Financing, Shipping, Delivery and Pickup, Returns and Exchanges
• Help solve any type of problems insuring a swift and fast resolution.

What you need:

• Fluency in Turkish (must be at least C1)
• Fluent in English (at least C1)
• Full rights to work in Portugal!
• Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Be located in Lisbon

What we offer

• full time contract
• Salary without accommodation: 1411 euros gross / month
• Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1119 euros gross / month
• Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer

CONTRACT:

• Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
• Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
