About the opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & Web Experience Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Team. They will contribute to the overall success of our technical marketing projects and be the main point of contact between Developers and Designers.

What you will do:

As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company's website by adding new content and communicating with designers and developers on UX and UI.

  • Leading the design and execution of effective landing page strategies, ensuring seamless integration with ongoing marketing campaigns or user needs, and communicating with different teams to seamlessly lead the planning, design, and development.

  • Proactively proposing ways to enhance the user journey by refining website elements based on data-driven insights and best practices in the digital landscape.

  • Initiating and overseeing A/B tests to optimize website performance and analyzing data to refine user experiences, website content, layout, and design for maximum impact.

  • Monitoring digital marketing metrics and reporting on campaign performance.

  • Acting as a bridge between various teams to implement and manage marketing technologies, processes, and tools (Salesforce, Google Products, WordPress, and others).

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including the Content Writer, Video Editor, Designers, and Developers, to create compelling product-focused content and manage its distribution (this may include landing pages, websites, presentations, PDFs, and design ideas).

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of B2B digital marketing, product management, or product marketing experience

  • Experience in A/B testing for web optimization

  • Knowledge of SEO

  • Good attention to detail

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from performance data

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Skills and experience considered highly advantageous:

  • Good understanding of UX.

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
